I have gobs of video on my lap top that I need to post. Here's some footage of Chumley and my water glass (thankfully it's not glass but hard plastic) but still, he makes me crazy when he does this...
2 minutes later he's back at it again. Wrigley wakes from a nap to see what all the ruckus is about...

Was there water in the cup? It kind of sounded like it! LOL! Church loves to drink out of my cup and it drives me crazy.
I never knew Chumley could exert so much self control! I'm totally impressed, even though it did end with a bang.

We have one cat that drinks out of our cups when we are NOT looking.
Found her one day licking the salt off of nuts that I had sitting out in a bowl. Made me wonder how many I ate before I realized she was doing this...gross.
We now have a COVERED bowl.

What is it with cats and the way they drink water? We have water dishes for them, but they are constantly trying to drink right out of the faucet (and the toilet).
Suz, when I was growing up, my mother used to have candy in dishes in the living room. One day she caught our cat on the coffee table, licking the ribbon candy. Gross! Same thought: how many of these have we eaten already?
My cats like to drink from the bath tap and it's got to the point where they beg me to run the tap for them to drink from everytime I'm in the bathroom! They also like to drink from beakers & glasses but they much prefer running water.
