If it helps it's been raining everyday here in my Sunny Florida.
The kind of rain you have to like take your shoes off so you don't ruin them. Little flash floods in parking lots.

I was very ghetto leaving Macy's yesterday..Honey went to get the car and I waited under the covered drop off and when the car came around I slipped my shoes off and splashed through the puddles

Let me know when your new email is up and running. I want to send you Lex's homecoming pictures :) Your cox account must be closed, cuz I keep getting mail returned. What's the new address gonna be...rainygirl@snatch.com?

BTW, for some reason, when your page opens now I get a pop-up message saying to proceed with caution, this page could be a scam. Weird, right?

Larry Nelson was an early morning DJ in the Seattle area for a long time--like 30 years. He used to say--I don't know if this will help you--"a happy heart makes its own weather." When I repeat that to friends on a day like this, I usually get dirty looks. Maybe you and your sister can drive a couple hours to Lake Chelan--the weather in Eastern Washington is usually better at this time of year.

Sorry-I lied. I just checked the weather in Eastern Washington and it wouldn't be the place to find some sun this week! Sorry.

No kidding.

Here in New Hampshire it's 64 and sunny today, with the forecast remaining so for the rest of the week.

In fact, the sun is blazing so brightly through this window that I may need to put on sunglasses because I'm getting a headache from squinting.

There...feel better?

Been outside yet today? I took my walk in a T-SHIRT, it got so warm. I hope you are enjoying it! That's the deal here--when the sun shows up, we GET INTO IT and celebrate! Love from me.
P.S. Do you want to hop on the ferry with your sis? Super places to eat, drink and shop on the Island...

Gorgeous view! And the SUN is here today! Welcome to the Emerald City...it gets better. I moved here from Florida and it took a bit to adjust. But the positives are you get to experience real seasons (minus a "real" cold winter) so the fall is great...nothing beats pulling on a warm sweater, some cute boots and walking around with a Pumpkin Spiced Latte or hot cocoa from Starbucks. :)

How did the animals do on the trip? Everyone accounted for?

excuse me?
how long does it take to unpack?
come on.
people are waiting here.
and it's rude to keep us standing around like this.
there's pushing and shoving from the back of the line and i saw two people butting in in front of me.
AND i've had my toes stepped on,
TWICE!
that's just not on.
there's going to be trouble soon if you don't get on here and sort it out.
clippy :-)

Seattle definitely experiences the four seasons; it can be absolutely beautiful here in the fall (like today, when it was sunny and not raining) and spring. I'm glad you're giving this city a chance.
