What's Next for Palin??

I have an idea...

How about getting on the show, "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader?" and learn a thing or two.

Great Idea!

or Moment of Truth. The host can ask her if she really thought she would be VP.

Is it just me, or did it seem like Palin lost quite a bit of weight while she was on the campaign trail? She was looking awfully thin there at the end (esp considering she just had her 5th baby only a few months ago...)

Gloria Steinem had some interesting thoughts on Palin yesterday on Oprah.

In a way, I feel sorry for Palin. She was clearly used as a pawn by the Republican Party to appeal to a demographic that they knew McCain's ticket was going to be weak in. They really didn't care at all if she was prepared for the role of VP.

I totally agree! The USA would have been the laughing stock of the universe if (God-forbid John McCain had passed)and she had become our prez. Knowing that, I was still a little worried because some people didn't seem to realize that she is such an intellectual lightweight. She might be a perfectly lovely person, good mother, adequate governor, but Veep. Please. I live here and I am sorry about this week's weather. You should have moved here in May. It would have given you a better first impression.

After I heard about the Africa incident the first thing I thought was well at least now she has time to go back to elementary school and get an education.

She could be like Billy Madison.

What's the Africa incident? My head's been under a rock. I totally agree that she was used as a pawn.
